TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All tickets purchased through Concerts for Carers will be subject to adherence to the Terms and Conditions of the venue hosting the event that is being attended as well as the following Terms and Conditions of Concerts for Carers.
- You are only allowed 1 account per member. Additional accounts may be blocked and removed.
- The registered member must be in attendance at the event, but they may use the additional ticket to take friends and family along as their guests.
- Normally, tickets will be limited to a maximum of 2 per transaction.
- If your tickets have been sent to you by post or via email please expect random ID checks at the event, conducted by the venue operator.
- All successful ticket and/or ballot applications will be subject to a non-refundable £4.50 booking fee.
- Please ensure you read all the information provided on confirmation emails and the ticket stock.
- It is a criminal offence to tout tickets obtained through Concerts for Carers. The Police will be notified if a member is caught doing so.
- Failure to attend an event without giving the Concert for Carers team sufficient notice will result in your account being suspended.
- To prevent fraud, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information after your registration so we can verify your tickets. If we suspect fraud, we may cancel any order or tickets and report this to Action Fraud, the police and your Line Manager.
- In most cases, members and their guests will be appreciative towards the Concerts for Carers team and their donors, but a minority are abusive and aggressive over the phone and via email. Please note that any abusive behaviour is not tolerated, this behaviour will result in their membership being terminated.
- If you are successful in the ballot and do not claim your tickets 24 hours prior to the event date, we retain the right to reallocate your tickets to another beneficiary without a refund.
Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry Routes
- Competition mechanic and how to win
- There will be ten winners of the competition. Five from Instagram and five from Facebook
- Entrants must reply to the competition post on either Facebook or Instagram with a tag of a NHS or paid Care worker they would like to win the prize with.
- Entrants must be following the Concerts for Carers page
- Winners will be randomly selected by electronic random draw from all valid entries on the closing date.
- Entry period
- Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:
Tuesday 19th April 09:00am (the “start time”) to 23:59 on Monday 25th April (“end time”) - Entries received before the start time or after the end time will be invalid
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days from the initial attempt to contact them then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these terms.
- Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:
- Entry restrictions
- Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over on date of entry who are NHS staff or paid Care workers
- We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms
- The Prize
- 5 winners will receive the following prize (the “prize”):
1 pair (2 tickets) of tickets to Up at The O2 to be booked before 1st June 2022 - The Prize is provided by The O2 (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
